Issues from our Neighbors.
As we walk through our neighborhoods around District 1, our neighbors are raising their concerns from education, spending, the North Las Vegas Airport, and to illegal immigration.

In our site, we are addressing some of those concerns in a special section we would like to call "Our Issues."

Education is our issue

It's what children learn and not what we spend!
Over the last ten year the population has grown 62% yet our spending for every man, woman, child, and newborn on the Clark County has grown over to 205% (source: Clark County Web site)

Where's the result? Clark County is behind the rest of the state of Nevada in every single category: reading, math, science. The number of kids enrolled has been steadily decreasing over the last five years and with the school board poised to ask for an increase in the budget the answer should be clear: It's what children learn and not what we spend!
